- Payment is expected at the time of purchase.
- Shipping
- All US orders are shipped through USPS. Items priced at $75.00 will be insured at retail value. You will receive an email when your order is shipped. All shipping times are estimated by USPS; rubygirl jewelry is not responsible for delays.
- International orders are shipped USPS Ist Class International Mail. Items priced at $75.00 will be insured at retail value. Typically shipping takes 14 business days to arrive, but please note this is only an estimate given by USPS. Items can get hung up in your country's customs and be subject to an import tax/duty. rubygirl jewelry is not responsible for delays or taxes and recommends that you check your country's value limits on merchandise arriving into the country.
- Refunds and Exchanges
- If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned jewelry needs to be in its original packaging. Once I have received the item, I will refund the purchase price (less shipping charges). Custom-made or personalized items are not returnable.
- Packaging
- All jewelry orders are shipped in a 100% recycled paper gift box. If the order is a gift, please indicate that during checkout and we will be happy to include a gift message in the package.
