Payment

I currently accept payment through Paypal and the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover. If using a PayPal echeck, your order will not ship until your echeck clears. This typically takes 3-5 business days.

In special circumstances, I will accept money orders. Please contact me prior to ordering if this is how you would like to pay. For money order payments, your jewelry will ship out once payment is received.

Order Processing

Most pieces (not including “made to order” pieces) will ship within 2 business days of payment. I try to get made to order pieces (including rings) out within two days as well, but occasionally it can take up to 5 days before they ship.

Shipping

Domestic:

Domestic orders  ship via USPS with your choice of First Class or Priority Mail. All domestic orders will include delivery confirmation and the tracking number will be provided when the order is shipped.
Delivery times on packages vary, but First Class typically takes 3-6 business days and Priority Mail takes 2 business days. If you need something faster, feel free to send me a message and I can give you a quote for additional options.

International:

International shipments can take anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks for arrival. If you need expedited International shipping, please contact me and I can give you a quote for additional options.

International buyers are responsible for any and/or all customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with their purchase and shipping to the buyer’s country, should they be assessed. Any fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country’s tax regulations. I have no way of figuring these fees and I am in no way responsible for any of these charges. International buyers accept responsibility for any and all of these charges that may be imposed on their purchases.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned jewelry needs to be in its original packaging. I recommend insuring your package and purchasing tracking. I cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Once I have received the item, I will refund the purchase price (less shipping charges) within 24 hours of receipt. If you would prefer to exchange the piece, let me know and we will work something out.
Unfortunately, I am unable to accept returns on custom items.

If you purchased your item from one of my retailers, please contact them directly for return information.

Ring Resizing

I understand how difficult it can be to buy a ring online and even the best intentioned partner can choose the wrong size. For this reason, I offer one complementary resizing of most rings. If the ring is one of a kind and cannot be re-sized, that will be stated in the item description. This service is only available if the item was purchased directly from me.

Earring Replacement

If you’ve lost an earring, please contact me if you’d like to purchase a replacement. You may need to send me the remaining earring for matching.

Custom Order Information

Looking for custom work? I would be happy to discuss your ideas with you. Just head on over to the “contact” page and send me a message.
My current time frame for completing custom work is approximately 1-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project.
Pre-payment may be required on custom orders.
Custom orders are final. No returns/refunds will be accepted on custom orders. However, I will absolutely do everything in my power to make sure you are fully satisfied before the piece is shipped.

Damaged/Defective Merchandise

Defects:

I strive to only ship pieces of the highest quality workmanship, but occasionally something is shipped that is not up to my high standards. If you receive a defective piece, rest assured that I will stand by my work. I will, without labor or material charges, repair or replace any defective pieces we see fit and deemed to have been defective as a result of error on my part, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Please contact me for instructions.

Damage:

If your piece was damaged in transit to you, please let me know as soon as you receive it.

If you have damaged a piece that you purchased form me, feel free to contact me for a repair quote.

Packaging

All items will arrive to you in a gift box. If your purchase is a gift for someone else, let me know. I would be happy to include a note in the package.

Privacy

The privacy of my customers is extremely important to me. I will not share any of your personal information. Ever.
